Working out of town again, trying to balance my hormones, and major fatigue have prevented me from getting much done on the workout front.
I’ve decided to create a very customized workout schedule, which will include tennis, walking, P90X, and The Firm. This should cover everything from strength training to cardio. I’ll also be taking two days off a week to give my body more time to recuperate. I was just doing too much and starting to burnout, especially with the hormonal thing going on.
Also, I’ve started on a vitamin/mineral/hormonal supplement regimen I picked up from WomenToWomen.com. Check out the symptoms of hormonal imbalance here. Its been almost 2 weeks and I’m just now starting to feel better. Hey! I’m even able to concentrate on writing this. *grin*
So, that’s where I’m at right now. I’ll be working on the schedule over the next couple of days…still trying to catch up on things!
