I recently found out that Lulu.com put my first poetry book, From The Void, on Amazon. I think that’s totally cool and it definitely is an inspiration for me to put together another book. (Something my husband and mother keep nagging me to do *grin*) I’ve written many poems that are filed away and stored in my closet.

The Crossroads
the single moment of choice
pauses at the center
of the crossroads of your life
no longer a child
unable to claim responsibility
awareness of the Self complete
the choice made in a moment
will foretell the path you will journey
such is the destiny of humanity
to rise or fall by the choices we make
fully self-aware, wholly alive
to fulfill a destiny shining gold
or reap a harvest of destruction
the single moment of choice
awaits us all
at the silent crossroads
of our lives to rise or fall…
