The Power of "I AM"

Wake up each morning with the intention of being positive throughout the day! We create our day with our thoughts, words, actions, and emotional energy. We tend to forget just how powerful our thoughts can be. Be watchful of your thoughts, therefore, and actively direct them towards fulfilling your goals and desires.

Think of positive attributes about yourself and repeat them either out loud or internally. This will keep your energy and confidence levels up. Tell the Universe Who You Are, What You Are, What You Believe In, What You Are Creating! Don’t “want” them to be true, believe that they already are true. Here are some examples for using the power of “I Am” ~~

* I AM a successful business woman/man.
* I AM capable and effective.
* I AM centered, focused and confident.
* I AM a powerful Creator.
* I AM thankful for the bounty in my life.
* I AM talented and skilled.
* I AM an eager learner.
* I AM peaceful.
* I AM kind and loving.
* I AM a giver and sharer.
* I AM wonderful!

These are just some examples of “I Am” statements. What statements can you come up with for yourself? Write them down and keep your list nearby while you go through your day. Practice gratitude. Be a force for positive change in your own world and watch the ripples flow out into the lives of others and into the world.

And remember to smile! Each day is a gift and you are a gift to everyone!

Peace and Joy,
